Welcome to Essential Utensils Institute


Registration // Introduction & Rules // Members // Faculty Students

REGISTRATION IS OPEN.

Please Include the following Information in the Student Sheets:

Name
Age
Utensil / Animal
Height
Weight [ Optional ]
Body Type
Features
Abilities
And anything else you wish to include

Students are to wear the Uniform while in class, besides that it is not required.
They can customize their uniform, but it still must look proper.

9th Grade and Above Uniform
8th Grade and Below Uniform

Please Include the Additional Information in the Teacher Sheets:

Position Applying for
Previous Experience

Teachers are to wear something professional looking.


For all who still plan on helping me with Staff Ref Sheets, please tell me.
